  • Do I have to submit my booth approval?

Yes, it is mandatory for all exhibitors to submit their booth approval. Once you are logged in, click on Exhibitor Kit, then Rules & Regulations, then click on Mandatory Booth Approval Form

  • Where can I find the booth approval form?

Once you are logged in, click on Exhibitor Kit, then Rules & Regulations, then click on Mandatory Booth Approval Form

  • How many samples should I bring?

  • When can I move in?

  • I would like to host a happy hour in my booth, how do I that?

Once you are logged in, click on Exhibitor Kit, click on Order Furnishings, Equipment, Labor & Services then Additional Official Vendor Order Forms and then Catering

  • Can I get an attendee list? 

We do not sell or give out our attendee list

  • How many badges do I get with my booth?

Once you are logged in, click on Get Badges, then Registration Tools, and then Allotment Information. There you will see your Total Allotted Badges

  • What is the cost to purchase extra badges?

Once you are logged in, click on Get Badges, then Registration Tools. At the bottom of the page you will find the cost of badges over allotment.

 

  • When can I get onto the show floor to start setting up?

Once you are logged in, click on Exhibitor Kit, click on Show Information and then Critical Dates and Deadline Checklist, here you will see the Exhibitor Move-in Hours

  • How do I get a receipt?

You can contact your Client Services Specialist, their info can be found on the right side of page by state.

  • What is my login password?

You can click on Forgot My Password and it will be emailed to the main contact

  • How do I change the main contact?

  • How do I order my lead retrieval?

Once you are logged in, click on Exhibitor Kit, click on Order Furnishings, Equipment, Labor & Services then Additional Official Vendor Order Forms and then Lead Retrieval   

  • Will there be a place to wash my dishes? 

Yes, there will be several dish washing stations.

  • Can I bring in my own ice?

Yes, you can hand carry in your own ice before the show floor opens

  • Can I sell my product during the show? 

No, per your contract you can only take orders at the show

  • Where do I pick up my badges?

  • Will I be able to buy/order ice on site?

Once you are logged in, click on Exhibitor Kit, click on Order Furnishings, Equipment, Labor & Services then Additional Official Vendor Order Forms and then Catering. You will also see several ice stations around the show floor to purchase ice

  • What are the height restrictions for my booth?

  • Is a COI required?

Yes, all booths are required to have a COI. Once you are logged in, click on Show Information, then Exhibitor Insurance
